The PGP Board of Directors provides organizational and operational advice and direction to PGP Corporation.

Max Hopper, Chairman Of The Board
Hopper's career includes 20 years with AMR Corporation (American Airlines). As senior vice president, CIO, and then CEO and Chairman of AMR SABRE Group, he helped pioneer the delivery of electronic commerce and information services to the travel industry. He also served as executive vice president and CIO at Bank of America, and has held executive positions at Shell Oil, EDS, and United Airlines. Hopper is the recipient of numerous awards related to advancing information technology.

Phillip Dunkelberger, President and Chief Executive Officer
Dunkelberger has extensive technology and security industry expertise. He served as CEO of PGP Inc., the original PGP software startup, and as vice president of sales at Symantec Corporation. He also served as COO of Vantive Corporation, a vendor of enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) software products and as president and CEO of Embark, a SaaS based college recruitment and admissions software company. Most recently, Dunkelberger served as Entrepreneur-In-Residence at DCM. He serves on the TechNet CEO Cybersecurity Task Force. He is a founding board member of the Cyber Security Industry Alliance (CSIA) and currently serves as the Chairman of the Cybersecurity CxO Council, within TechAmerica. Dunkelberger has a BA in Political Science from Westmont College.

Alex Doll, Senior Vice President Operations and Chief Financial Officer
A co-founder of PGP Corporation, Doll is responsible for managing the company's finance, corporate development, alliances, and new market investment and partnering programs. Before helping found PGP Corporation in 2002, Doll was senior vice president of Sales, Business Development, and Support at Embark, a Web-based recruitment and admissions software company. Previously, he was involved in the strategic planning and execution of corporate partnering and investment programs for PeopleSoft Inc., and he held various positions in the financial services industry in Silicon Valley, including the Investment Banking group at Robertson, Stephens & Co. and Technology Research at Dresdner RCM Capital Management. Doll has a BS in Telecommunications Systems Engineering and a BS in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Carl Amdahl, DCM
Amdahl is a general partner with DCM, a venture capital firm committed to funding early-stage technology companies. With a focus on systems, software, and components, Amdahl works with portfolio companies to design technology development strategies, create strong management teams, and build strategic partnerships. He has 25 years of experience as a senior executive in the IT industry. He founded three publicly traded companies and raised more than $300 million in private and public funding. His technical background is broad, encompassing systems architecture, networking, semiconductors, and software. He is also a prolific inventor and is named on 23 United States patents.

Howard Bain, Consultant and Certified Financial Expert
Bain is an independent consultant with expertise in all aspects of corporate finance, operations, internal control systems for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and public company financial and accounting issues. Bain has served as the CFO or senior financial executive of five public software and IT companies during more than three decades in Silicon Valley. From 2001 to 2004, he was CFO of Portal Software, a developer of customer revenue management software for communications and content service providers. Before joining Portal, Bain held CFO positions at Vicinity Corporation in 2000, Informix from 1999 to 2000, and Symantec Corporation from 1991 to 1999. He also has held senior financial and accounting management positions with Fairchild Camera & Instrument Corporation and as a consultant with Arthur Andersen LLP, where he was a certified public accountant. Bain serves on the board of Learning Tree International, which provides instructor-led, hands-on courses and certification programs for technology professionals and managers in business and government. He holds a BS in Business from California Polytechnic University. Bain qualifies as an independent director and certified financial expert under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

Rhonda MacLean, MacLean Risk Partners, LLC
MacLean is the CEO of MacLean Risk Partners where advises global enterprises on security policies and procedures, information risk management, security technology implementations, cyber investigations and general information security awareness. Prior to establishing MacLean Risk Partners, she was the Global Chief Information Security Officer for the Barclays, PLC, Global Retail and Commercial Bank. At Barclays, PLC she was responsible for the company’s global security technology and risk management services and initiatives. Previously Ms. MacLean was the global leader of Bank of America’s Corporate Information Protection Group for over a decade.  Prior to that position, she was responsible for information security at The Boeing Company. MacLean was appointed the first chairperson of the U.S. Treasury Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council for Critical Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security. In addition to continuing to serve as chairperson emeritus of the Council, she sits on the Global Council of CSOs—composed of computer security thought leaders from the public, private and academic sectors—and holds the title of Distinguished Senior Fellow from Carnegie Mellon University CyLab. The Executive Women's Forum in 2003 named MacLean one of five “Women of Vision” shaping the information security industry; twice she has been named one of the 50 most powerful people in computer networking by Network World.

Ray Rothrock, Venrock
Rothrock is a managing general partner at Venrock, where he focuses on information technology in general and Internet companies in particular. He serves on the boards of Arzoon Inc., Check Point Software Technologies Ltd., NanoGram Devices Corporation, NeoPhotonics Corporation, P-Cube Inc., Pedestal Software Inc., Qpass Inc., Space.com, SteelEye Technology Inc., and Whole Security Inc. Previously, he served on the boards of DIGEX Inc. (acquired by Intermedia Communications), Haystack Labs (acquired by Trusted Information Systems/Network Associates), and Spyglass. He also led Venrock's investment in DoubleClick. He is on the board of The Texas A&M Foundation, the Department of Nuclear Engineering Visiting Committee of MIT, and is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Woodside Priory School. Rothrock has a BS in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M University, an SM in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School.

André Turenne, D. E. Shaw & Co.
Turenne is a senior vice president of D. E. Shaw & Co. L.P. and an executive of the D.E. Shaw Group's venture capital unit. Turenne has more than 25 years of operating, technical, and venture investment experience in the technology sector. Before joining the D. E. Shaw group in 2006, Turenne was a managing director of NeoCarta Ventures Inc., a venture capital investment firm. From 1996 to 2000, he served as senior manager of strategic investments at Intel Capital, the venture capital unit of Intel Corporation. Before beginning his more than 10 years of venture capital experience, Turenne also spent five years at Intel in various technical, marketing, and sales management roles. Prior to working at Intel, Turenne spent six years in various engineering and engineering management positions at Photocircuits Corporation, a leading producer of printed circuit boards. He serves on the boards of directors of Altierre Corporation.; Asetek, Inc.; Meru Networks; PanTerra Networks; PGP Corporation; and Winery Exchange Inc. Turenne received his BS in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and his MBA from Northeastern University, where he was recognized as valedictorian of his class.
