Phillip Dunkelberger, President and Chief Executive Officer
Member, Board of Directors
Dunkelberger has extensive technology and security industry expertise. He served as CEO of PGP Inc., the original PGP software startup, and as vice president of sales at Symantec Corporation. He also served as COO of Vantive Corporation, a vendor of enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) software products and as president and CEO of Embark, a SaaS based college recruitment and admissions software company. Most recently, Dunkelberger served as Entrepreneur-In-Residence at DCM. He serves on the TechNet CEO Cybersecurity Task Force. He is a founding board member of the Cyber Security Industry Alliance (CSIA) and currently serves as the Chairman of the Cybersecurity CxO Council, within TechAmerica. Dunkelberger has a BA in Political Science from Westmont College.
Alex Doll, Executive Office, Senior Vice President Operations and Chief Financial Officer

Doll currently serves as the SVP Operations and member of the Executive Office, where he manages the Company’s three main Operating Groups – Sales & Marketing, Technology and Corporate. Doll bridges the strategic company goals and direction with day-to-day operations and implementation specifics across all of the Company’s functional areas. Doll served as a co-founder of PGP Corporation and was a key member of the team that successfully combined the vision of a new security company with the PGP Corp. assets purchased from Network Associates in 2002. For the first five years, Doll was the CFO and VP Business Development at PGP Corp. where he was responsible for managing the company's finance, corporate development, alliances, and new market investment and partnering programs. Prior to 2002, Doll was senior vice president of sales, business development, and support at Embark, a hybrid web-portal and application service provider for the college/university ecosystem. Previously, he was involved in the strategic planning and execution of corporate partnering and investment programs for PeopleSoft Inc., and he held various positions in the financial services industry in Silicon Valley, including the investment banking group at Robertson, Stephens & Co. and technology research at Dresdner RCM Capital Management. Doll has personally invested and worked as advisor/board member to management and investors in numerous emerging growth companies in the past two decades. Doll graduated cum laude with a BS in systems engineering and a BS in finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Management & Technology (“M&T”) program. He earned his MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Steven Soderberg, Chief Information Officer
Soderberg joined PGP Corporation with more than 20 years of information technology experience. Most recently he was with Otis Spunkmeyer Inc. where he served for 3 years as CIO. While at Otis Spunkmeyer, Soderberg led the creation of a centralized server and storage architecture, prepared the IT function for public company reporting and SOX compliance, and architected the 'next generation' ERP solution. Previously, Soderberg served for 8 years as senior vice president and CIO for the Robert Mondavi Company were he was the architect of WIM (Wine Information Management) - now viewed as the wine industry standard vertical software solution. He has received Content Week's Intranet Best in Class award as well as a CIO Magazine Web Business Top 50 award for his implementation of 'Connect' - the Mondavi intranet/extranet platform. A member of the Consortium of Information Systems Executives (CISE) - Silicon Valley, Soderberg has his BA in economics from Stanford University.
Denise Hayman, Vice President Worldwide Sales and Field Marketing
Hayman was vice president Sales for Vontu Inc., where she focused on presenting emerging technology offerings in data loss prevention software and services to Fortune 500 enterprises. Previously, she was senior vice president of worldwide sales and business development for Tripwire, a leading provider of data and network integrity solutions, where she crafted the company's worldwide sales and channel strategy. Before Tripwire, Hayman spent 10 years at Symantec Corporation, lastly as senior director of U.S. corporate sales and marketing, where she drove 100-percent annual revenue growth. She has a BA from Boston College.
Jim Adkins, Vice President, Technology and Products
Adkins joins PGP Corporation with over 20 years of engineering development and management experience, and a proven track record of building and managing successful software development teams. Most recently, Adkins served as executive vice president at Opsware Inc. where he oversaw all engineering, product management, support, and IT functions. While at Opsware, he expanded the company's product offerings from two to eight, successfully integrating acquisition technology from Rendition Networks, Creekpath Systems, and iConclude. Opsware was acquired by HP in 2007. Prior to Opsware, Adkins was senior vice president at Catapulse, which was acquired by Rational and subsequently IBM, where he was responsible for the architecture, development, and management of the Catapulse developer tools. Adkins' former management posts also include tenures at Netscape Communications, Actra Business Systems, and General Electric. He has a BS from David Lipscomb University and an MBA from the Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business, Belmont College.
John Adams, Chief Technology Officer
John has more than 30 years experience in information technology, primarily in the areas of networking and security. He has had extensive experience in the development of hardware and software products, as well as the development of managed services. Just prior to becoming the CTO at PGP Corporation, John was the CTO of Chosen Security, where he was responsible for helping set the technical direction of the company. Prior to Chosen Security, John was the EVP of Engineering and Operations for GeoTrust. In this role he was responsible for the specification, development, and operation, of GeoTrust’s managed service offering. Prior to this, John served as GeoTrust’s Chef Technical Officer. Prior to GeoTrust John worked at RSA Security as their Senior VP of Engineering, and later as their Chief Technical Officer. Before that he spent twenty years with Digital Equipment Corporation, primarily in the area of networks and communications. John graduated from Harvard University with an AB in Mathematics, and also holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Tufts University, and a Ph. D. in Civil Engineering from MIT.
Brian Draves, General Counsel and Chief Administration Officer
Draves served as sole in-house counsel and director of legal affairs at Scale Eight Inc., a data storage software firm for which he spearheaded corporate development, licensing, and pre-IPO financing. Prior to Scale Eight, he represented a variety of technology companies and venture capital funds as a corporate and securities attorney focused on emerging growth companies at the law firm Cooley Godward LLP. Draves graduated cum laude with a BA in finance from the University of Puget Sound and earned his JD from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law.
Ron Kisling, Vice President Finance
Prior to joining PGP Corporation, Mr. Kisling served as Senior Vice President Finance from 2004–2006 for Portal Software (acquired by Oracle in 2006). Previously, he held the positions of Chief Financial Officer from 2002–2004 and Vice President Finance & IT from 2001–2002 at Saba Software. Before joining Saba, he served as Chief Financial Officer from 1999–2001 and Vice President, Controller from 1998–1999 for SPL WorldGroup. Mr. Kisling’s security background includes various positions in the Finance organization at Symantec from 1989–1998, culminating in Vice President, Controller. Mr. Kisling holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
Rajiv Dholakia, General Manager, PGP TrustCenter
Dholakia serves as the General Manager of a new business division of PGP that provides Trust as a Service. The newly acquired TC TrustCenter & Chosen Security Inc companies are a part of this business unit. The unit’s initial offerings are focused on providing Trusted Identity Services through a Managed PKI offering. Previously, Dholakia was VP of Corporate Development & Strategy at PGP Corporation and has also managed the PGP Field Engineering & Professional Services team. In those roles, Dholakia was responsible for new business incubation, strategic alliances, M&A and scaling sales enablement & services. Dholakia brings twenty-plus years of leadership experience spanning business roles, product development, engineering, operations & services at Cenzic, ValiCert, Taligent, Sun Microsystems & IntelliCorp. He was part of the founding executive management team at ValiCert where he created, implemented, and oversaw the architecture, products, secure data center, and solutions that drove the company from a pre-revenue startup to a $24 million publicly held company. Dholakia has extensive business and technical experience in PKI, Web Security, DRM, Secure Electronic Transactions, Operating Systems and Artificial Intelligence domains. He holds a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University in Baroda, India.
