PGP Corporation Named a “Red Herring 100 North America” Finalist

Annual Award Recognizes Most Promising Technology Innovation

Palo Alto, CA/06 April, 2006 – PGP Corporation, a global leader in enterprise data security and encryption solutions, today announced that it has been named one of the 200 finalists for the annual "Red Herring 100 North America" list. More than 1,000 privately held technology companies submitted entries for this year"s edition of the prestigious award, testifying to the invigorated entrepreneurial strength of the technology ecosystem.

The “Red Herring 100 North America” award is part of Red Herring"s tradition of recognizing new and innovative technology firms and their entrepreneurial founders. PGP Corporation and the other finalists were selected based on evaluation of quantitative and qualitative criteria such as financial performance, technology innovation, quality of management, and ability to execute strategies.
