The following information will help PGP customers determine if they are eligible for a free product upgrade.
Who is eligible for a free upgrade?
Any customer with a current Subscription License or Perpetual License with valid Software Insurance is eligible for a free upgrade.
What do I need to upgrade?
You will need your PGP Software License Number to upgrade. This license number was included on your original PGP product order confirmation from PGP Corporation.
Will I be able to purchase additional features for the products I currently own?
During the free upgrade process, customers will have an opportunity to add features. For example, customers upgrading to PGP Desktop Professional 9.8 will have a chance to purchase that product with the PGP Whole Disk Encryption feature enabled.
