Eligibility to purchase under the PGP Education Pricing Program and receive academic pricing is limited to qualified educational institutions. Proof of status may be required upon execution of any licensing agreement.
Qualified Educational Institutions are defined as:
- Schools and other educational institutions that are accredited or recognized and approved by the federal government or the appropriate local, state, or provincial government where they operate
- Supervisory organizations of qualified schools or other educational institutions, including state departments of education, boards of education, school district administrative offices, and local education authorities
- Libraries
- 501 c3 (Not for profits) example: museums
