Power and Associates has completed the first-ever CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) Report for PGP Corporation. The J.D. Power and Associates index methodology identifies those elements that drive customer satisfaction. Surveying over 1,600 customers globally, the CSI Report measured the components of customer satisfaction across the entire PGP Corporation user experience and focused on four main areas, each with unique importance weights: sales satisfaction, price satisfaction, product satisfaction and technical support satisfaction.
