Press Release: PGP Corporation Relocates Silicon Valley Corporate Headquarters

New Menlo Park office provides space for company's continued growth

Menlo Park, CA/22 May 2008 - PGP Corporation, a global leader in encryption solutions for enterprise data protection, announced today the relocation of its Silicon Valley headquarters to 200 Jefferson Drive, Menlo Park, California. This move comes on the heels of a record first quarter for 2008, and is part of the company's continued global expansion.

"We've seen steady growth at PGP Corporation since we first opened our Palo Alto headquarters in 2002," said Alex Doll, SVP Operations and CFO of PGP Corporation. "We knew the day would come when we would need to increase our space, and it was important to us to find a location that would not only afford us more room, but would also help us build our presence in Silicon Valley."

After nearly 6 years at its original location in Palo Alto, PGP Corporation's new space is almost twice the size. The company's Silicon Valley employees will now occupy 70,000 square feet in the Menlo Park building. PGP Corporation is subleasing the space from Intuit, Inc. and was aided by real estate brokers Rich Branning and Steve Levere of Jones Lang LaSalle in negotiating the deal. PGP Corporation plans to sublease the space for a minimum of 3 years.

"We wanted to find a location that would not only allow us to expand our operations, but would also provide a comfortable and accessible place for our employees to come to work everyday," continued Doll. "The layout of this building was particularly fitting for our organization - the first and second floors are configured with lab space and private development offices - ideal for software development - while the third floor is set up to house our non-technical staff."

PGP Corporation's growth is being experienced worldwide - the company will continue to expand its global workforce throughout 2008 with most of the new hires being housed in the Menlo Park headquarters.

The company also just completed a record first quarter for 2008, achieving its largest single quarter bookings in PGP Corporation's history. The company ended 2007 with a bang as well, marking 22 quarters of consecutive bookings growth, its one millionth customer transaction and its first multi-million dollar deal.

"Our customers and partners worldwide trust in our technology and recognize that our approach to enterprise data protection is a market-leading, comprehensive solution for the enterprise," said president and CEO Phil Dunkelberger. "PGP Corporation has undergone a unique evolution from the company we founded in 2002 - our move to the new Menlo Park headquarters is significant milestone in our growth into a world-class organization."

"Silicon Valley and Menlo Park are home to some renowned technology companies," continued Dunkelberger. "We're proud to be a part of this business community and hope to be here for some time to come."
