PGP CORPORATION TAPS INGRAM MICRO TO DISTRIBUTE SECURITY SOLUTIONS

Ingram Micro to distribute PGP Corp.'s suite of messaging and data-storage solutions

Palo Alto, CA/11 August, 2003 – PGP Corporation, the recognized leader in secure messaging and data storage, today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Ingram Micro Inc., the largest global wholesale provider of technology products and supply chain management services. Ingram Micro is the first distributor of PGP® security software to the information technology channel in the United States and Canada. PGP products are used by enterprises and individuals to protect their confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information.

The company aligned with Ingram Micro because of the distributor's customer reach, software licensing capabilities and technical support, and has authorized its resellers to source product directly from Ingram Micro. Initial training for Ingram Micro's technical staff has been completed and joint channel marketing and sales programs are underway. Additionally, PGP Corporation is currently participating in Ingram Micro's MarketFocus 2003 seminar series on security.
