NDS LICENSES PGP CORPORATION'S SECURE-MESSAGING AND DATA-STORAGE SOLUTIONS

NDS, long-time PGP technology user, upgrades to Version 8.0.

Palo Alto, CA/28 May, 2003 – PGP Corporation, the recognized leader in secure messaging and data storage, today announced that NDS Group plc, a News Corporation company and a leading provider of technology solutions for digital pay-TV, has licensed PGP Enterprise 8.0 for use by a majority of its employees.

PGP Enterprise 8.0 delivers all the configuration, installation, and key management tools required to quickly and successfully implement standardized secure messaging and data storage throughout an enterprise, from the desktop to a full PKI. The comprehensive suite includes enterprise versions of PGP Mail and PGP Disk plus the PGP Admin and PGP Keyserver tools for either Windows or Macintosh platforms.

NDS uses PGP products for sensitive information exchanged electronically between employees worldwide and externally with the company's partners and customers.
