PGP CORPORATION HIRES DOUG MCLEAN TO LEAD PRODUCT MARKETING AND MANAGEMENT

Veteran product strategist to join PGP Corporation's management team

Palo Alto, CA/10 February, 2004 — PGP Corporation, the global leader in digital information security, today announced that Doug McLean has joined the company as Vice President, Products. Mr. McLean will drive product marketing and product management activities from concept through successful launch and customer acceptance. PGP Corporation has developed a rigorous product management process to ensure success of its newest family of enterprise solutions, with a goal of securing all digital information for the enterprise.

McLean has Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Dartmouth College-Amos Tuck School.
