Palo Alto, CA/12 June, 2006 – PGP Corporation, a global leader in enterprise data security and encryption solutions, today announced that Rhonda MacLean and Jim Reavis have joined the company's Business Advisory Board. The PGP Business Advisory Board helps the company address executive and technology user requirements in diverse markets and industries.

Ms. MacLean was previously global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Bank of America; she is now President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MacLean Risk Partners, a strategic consulting firm.

Mr. Reavis has spent more than 12 years in the information security industry as an entrepreneur, writer, speaker, technologist, and business strategist. He is the President of Reavis Consulting Group and Executive Director of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), the world's largest not-for-profit association of information security professionals.

Bill Braithwaite, Health Information Policy Consultant: A physician with a Ph.D. in Medical Informatics, Dr. Braithwaite was formerly senior advisor on Health Information Policy in the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services.

Richard Clarke, Chairman, Good Harbor Consulting, LLC: An internationally recognized expert on homeland, national, and cyber security and counterterrorism, Mr. Clarke is an on-air consultant for ABC News and the chairman of Good Harbor Consulting. He spent 11 years at the White House, advising three presidents. Prior to his White House years, Mr. Clarke served for 19 years in the Pentagon, the intelligence community, and the U.S. State Department.

Bill Cleary, Founder and Principal, Cleary & Partners: An expert on strategic marketing and advertising, Mr. Cleary consults with clients through his firm Cleary & Partners. He founded the CKS Group, which established major Web brands, including Amazon, eBay, Excite, and Yahoo!. Mr. Cleary currently serves as an Executive Fellow and member of the Leavey School of Business Advisory Board at the Santa Clara University Graduate School of Business.

Esther Dyson, Editor, Release 1.0: Ms. Dyson is a widely known commentator on emerging technologies, business models, markets, and companies. She is editor of the quarterly technology report Release 1.0 for CNET Networks and directs the annual PC (Platforms for Communication) Forum, the high-tech market's leading executive conference.

James T. Eccleston, Vice President, Strategic Programs, NCI Information Systems Inc.: Mr. Eccleston works with NCI's strategic business partners and government customers to deliver information technology and enterprise solutions. Eccleston previously served as Assistant Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Logistics), Supply Chain Integration, at the Pentagon.

Craig Ehrlich, Chairman of the Board, GSM Association: Mr. Ehrlich currently heads the GSM Association, the largest global trade association for the wireless industry. He sits on the boards of Roamware, a wireless applications firm; Philweb, a Philippines-based information technology and gaming firm; Hutchison Mobile Communications; and ECI Telecom. Mr. Ehrlich also serves as Co-Chairman of BlogStar, a mobile entertainment company.

Howard Schmidt, President and CEO, R&H Security Consulting LLC: Mr. Schmidt was formerly the Vice President, CISO, and Chief Security Strategist for eBay. He previously served as the Chief Security Officer for Microsoft Corp. He is a President Emeritus of ISSA and the Information Technology – Information Sharing and Analysis Center (IT ISAC). Mr. Schmidt also served as White House Special Advisor for Cyberspace Security.
