Media Release: Entrepreneur Magazine Names PGP Corporation to Top 20 in its "Hot 500" List

Palo Alto, CA/05 October, 2007 – PGP Corporation, a global leader in enterprise data protection, today announced that the company is among the top 20 of the “Hot 500” fastest-growing businesses in the U.S. according to third-party research by the Corporate Research Board and Entrepreneur magazine. To be included on the list, businesses must have exceeded annual sales of $1 million and shown positive job growth measured over a 4-year period. Out of a field of 95,000 qualifying businesses, PGP Corporation was ranked 19th.

According to Entrepreneur’s research, the Hot 500 organizations employed a total of 2,807 people on their first day of business and project that by 2008, they will employ a total of 58,776 people. Total revenue reported by Hot 500 companies in 2006 was $12.6 billion.
