Media Release: PGP Corporation Appoints Jamie Brown as Regional Manager of Asia-Pacific

Palo Alto, CA/18 September, 2007 – PGP Corporation, a global leader in enterprise data protection, today announced the appointment of Jamie Brown as the company’s regional manager for Asia-Pacific, based in Melbourne. Brown was formerly the director of sales for California-based Cavium Networks, a leading provider of highly integrated semiconductor products that enable intelligent processing for networking, communications, storage, and security applications.

“As a dominant player in the security industry, PGP Corporation already has a significant presence in Australia, with customers in key financial services and public sector organizations, among others,” said Brown. “My role is to ensure that the company continues to gain momentum in the Asia-Pacific enterprise data protection marketplace. The fact that PGP Corporation has chosen to set up a local division is timely, given the Australian government’s decision to introduce mandatory data protection laws in 2008.”
