Signs Agreement with NEC Corporation for Solution Bundle PGP Universal Part of NEC's "Secure Email Solution" Tokyo / 07 May, 2007 – PGP Japan K.K., the Japanese subsidiary of PGP Corporation, a global leader in enterprise data protection and encryption solutions, today announced the signing of an agreement with NEC Corporation, a premier provider of IT, network, and identity management solutions. The agreement calls for NEC to include PGP Universal™ as part of its "Secure Email Solution," a comprehensive package that enables customers to achieve compliance with the upcoming Japanese version of the Sarbanes-Oxley framework (J-SOX) for corporate governance. PGP Japan K.K. also announced the certification of NEC Express 5800/120Ri-2 server as a preferred system for use with PGP Universal–based solutions, the result of joint collaboration between the two companies. As part of PGP Corporation’s support of Japanese-language customers, this is the first certification with a Japanese solution provider.
