Using both keyword queries and guided support wizards, PGP customers have round-the-clock access to detailed technical support documents. PGP Support customers with paid technical support have special access to the most recent and updated KnowledgeBase documents.

FAQ & Tutorials
The PGP Support Portal includes access to product FAQ and step-by-step tutorials to help address common issues.

User Forums
PGP Corporation provides user forums free of charge as a place for communities of PGP users to discuss their successes and challenges while implementing and using PGP products. The primary intent of these forums is to facilitate customer-to-customer interaction. While the forums are moderated by PGP personnel, and PGP employees will respond to posts from time to time, this is not PGP Technical Support and there is no guarantee that someone from PGP will respond to posts.
