Note: If you have already used your license number for authorization in the past, you must enter your name and organization precisely the way you did the first time, as described in the email you received containing your license number. If you do not enter the information exactly as you did previously, it is likely that you will be unable to authorize again successfully. Note: If you are unable to authorize your software successfully and you have ruled out problems with your network connection, you may submit a manual authorization request to PGP Customer Service. |
