Continued License Customers
If you already have PGP products installed and are licensing their continued use, you do not need to download any software. Simply enter your new license number and continue using your products, up to the number of copies licensed.
Multiple License Customers
If you ordered multiple copies, please download the product once and distribute up to the number of copies licensed. Already downloaded your order? If you already received the email confirmation and downloaded your products, then you do not need to download any additional products.

Authorizing Your License
After installing your PGP product, you must authorize the license. Please follow the steps below to authorize your license and begin using your software.
- After installing the PGP software, please launch it. When you launch the software for the first time, you are presented with the License Authorization window, which has three fields that need to be completed. Enter your license number, which is located in your confirmation email from PGP Corporation. Then enter your name and organization as you did when you purchased this product.
- Once you have entered the correct information, use the Authorize button in the License Authorization window to complete your authorization.
Important Note: If you have already used your license number for authorization in the past, you must enter your name and organization precisely the way you did the first time as described in the original email you received containing your license number. If you do not enter the information exactly as you did previously, it is likely that you will be unable to authorize again successfully.
Troubleshooting
If you are unable to successfully authorize your software, and you have ruled out problems with your network connection, you may submit a manual authorization request to PGP Customer Service.
